When I try, the app I'm using freezes, the spinning wheel of death appears and the Finder becomes unresponsive. However, I cannot open, edit or save files directly on my network server. I can drag/drop saved files to/from my network server without a problem. I am able to use other MS Office apps (specifically Word, PowerPont and Excel) as long as the document/s I'm working on reside on the iMac. I have a new 27-inch iMac on which I installed Office 365 for Mac 2016 v.15.27.
